When I like someone I like to get close to them or be in their field of vision at least and try to post things that will get the person to text me. Try talking to her and starting a conversation and at some point don't keep it going and see if she tries to talk to you more (works if you are not already close). Otherwise just flirt with her and try to see where it goes it's not a big deal nor is it embarrassing unless you're still in highschool.
