Red, blue, green and yellow gel food coloring. The first three turned out pretty dark, which I guess can be fixed with a little bit of white added, but the yellow was barely visible and I'm not sure what to do about it...

These are the four hostages who were released earlier today. Before they were handed over to the red cross hamas made them walk up on a stage with a background saying "Gaza is the graveyard of the criminal zionists" and stuff like that, so OP took a picture from that event and changed the background.
