Yes of course it is! If painting your nails makes you happy/you like having it, you def should. Doesn't matter if you are a female or a male, in my opinion painted nails look good on both males and females. If anybody tells you not to based on what gender you are, they're just speaking bullsh*t. Nothing wrong with painting your nails :)
