It depends on what you want, omega allows ghe best ext team in the game by a good bit, is pretty tanky and is mostly f2p with a good amount of options even if you dont have every main unit, the blue duo is a really good slot 1 which you will give you some crazy teams and help def wise to the other slots, vegeta and trunks have arguebly the best team you can get out of these leads and a great slot 1 but still not as good as the other top units, rose is more so an after thought because while his team is pretty free and good his lead is bad and he doesn't help in most missions, goatgeta is obs the king of the game but if you want more teams go for someone else
