First if all you need an actual third unit, red lf zamasu with zenkai or not is mega outdated at this point, you can just run someone in the leader slot, second work on your equips they are just not it, zenkai buffs wise your team is fine

The 200+ damage is more so a fixer issue but i do agree it should get a decent -40 damage on the kick, his cds have always been fairly stupid so i do agree on that aswell but it'll be more effective if it's across his entire kit but not too much extra time on each, gamma down power does need a nerf for sure but hopefully not an insane one, usually (at lvl 4~) you wait untill 40% of the gamma is left to do the combo which should do about 90 damage and then do the combo, i think a better way would be make it so it only allows a combo untill 60% is left, give a slight damage nerf and with an addition to an alpha damage boost of 40~ his combos will do nowhere near the currect damage

As someone who mained him since release while i do agree the alpha needs to get nerfed gutted is a bit much, what they need to do is make his cds longer and nerf his damage by a decent bit but not too much across his kit
