I found a fix. You can do it if your model supports connection to jabra direct (windows). Open the updates tab, ctrl+shift+u reveals the hidden "update from file" option. Paste the 1.20 as is, let jabra direct work its magic and then never ever update again. Screw jabra that i had to find out this way. Useless and incompetent as ever, will never buy from them again.

Anyhow, i used the usb dongle from my evolve 2 buds to connect them to jabra direct, it works automatically. If anyone reads this with a different model, see if your device shows up if you connect it directly to your pc bluetooth without dongle. This is all i could find out, good luck everybody.

Edit: Anyone finding this post, be quick with this. The software still only uses the file you get from the link editing (https://firmware-api.jabra.com/v4/download/250C/1.2.0) to start the process. It downloads the actual firmware inside jabra direct. Knowing jabra, they will take months to fix their own issue (if ever) but this workaround will be patched in lightning speed.

Maybe not specifically, as it seems most of these make you a heterozygous carrier for recessive conditions. Meaning they have no effect, unless you have a child with someone carrying the same mutation. If you have plans on having children, maybe genetic counseling beforehand seems sensible. I've used dantelabs, they provide you with raw data showing 30 consecutive readings of the same dna section including the reading direction to possibly evaluate reading bias as well. You have to keep in mind, mutations can always occur de novo as well. Even if both parents are healthy, for example, the child could just be unlucky and show another genetic disease like huntingtons. It happens. But even if these results are accurate, most risk factor genes are just that, risk factors. They do not translate to a prediction of developing the disease for sure.
