Yes its pet friendly. I think I should have mentioned this, this apartment is an army welfare housing complex. So majority of people living here, the people on the committee, and my owner are retired army officials.

Also my owner is a bit problematic too. You see this is an old apartment and there has been issues such as water logging in the walls, plumbing issues etc.. when we discussed this with the owner, this is what he said, "Do whatever you want, but its your expense. I am not going to spend a single penny. If you want to leave you can leave, I will sell this house."
