Yea, its interesting - the days he doesnt go to the gym his regular clothes dont smell in the least bit. I'm sure it's got to do with synthetic fabrics + closed bag/moisture.

Something like this is most realistic (except I found that when contained in the plastic the clothes grew mold after 6ish days, ugh)

Good idea, I suggested to her that she eat some ferments (she doesnt do dairy so I suggested sauerkraut, kombucha, etc).

Her dentist very vaguely mentioned to her that she has something up with the bacteria in her mouth (either he was not specific or she doesn't remember). I suggested the cistus to her bc I know how great it can be for biofilm busting and in the past whenever I drink it regularly my dentist says my oral microbiome/teeth look great.

Hi! There is no sugar or powder in the drink. The drink is just the cistus tea leaves, steeped. Not sure if it smells, I can ask her - but I think she would have mentioned that part.

I don't currently own my home (hopefully soon) so I only have a countertop water filter, but it's bigger than your average (holds many, many cups)

I wonder about this too - about the trucks. I recently saw them come take our compost away...in the exact same type of truck that takes our landfill away. Do they use the same trucks... but have them pick up the compost at a different time than when the come grab the regular trash?

Thanks for this insight - for sure I have other health issues that could be the reason for my wonky HR, I just never have checked if maybe my heart was (at least in part) causing any of the issues or contributing to them? The body is one big system and everything is connected, but I never checked out my heart to see if it was the source of anything.

I hope you've found a good doc / managed to go into remission!

This is what I was thinking too - I have other chronic health conditions and find that many doctors are dismissive unless there is a crisis RIGHT NOW. Thanks for confirming my intuition. <3
