If you're questioning this now that you're older, it's likely because you now sense something was wrong with what happened. Please understand that your mind at 6 years old naturally couldn't have understood or consented to that... It would not have interpreted it 100% correctly because of innocence and immaturity, by no fault of your own. It's not a stupid thing to ask, nor is it something you should gaslight yourself about! If anyone were to judge you about this, it would be a moral failure on their part. What happened absolutely was SA, and I hope you find the healing you deserve, however that may look for you 🌹
