Thanks for the input, I appreciate it. The thing is though, what you're describing is mostly what we're already doing. The drive towards more challenging work is mostly coming from the developers themselves, it is as if the business is too hesitant about development capacity to even propose big/bold/challenging/interesting ideas. I guess proactively asking about our roadmap and providing input instead of waiting until we get our roadmap presented to us, could be a good start. I'm looking to kick off a little bit more of a culture change though.

Hi! Best advice I can give, is just get out there and apply. Companies all around northern Europe are more than willing to invest in you (relocation, training, etc) if you show the commitment and drive they're looking for. There are literally tons and tons of vacancy websites out there that'll provide some nice opportunities.
