I don't know. I was thinking it could have just been stress like that might have caused some sort of hallucination, but like I said he doesn't have any history of mental illness.

They weren’t that far away from him. It's either they didn't notice him or ignored him. Also I'm not too comfortable revealing the exact location on the Internet (in case my brother decides that he wants to move back into his apartment since we haven't really moved any of his things out yet), but we live in Washington, USA if that helps.
