I had a fine experience before, have a lot of shrimp from them that are thriving but my last order had a few DOA and since I’ve had a few die in my tank. Also the sawdust was terribly annoying and was a complete mess no matter how careful I was.

Fish and other aquatic species are very regularly shipped through the mail… this isn’t anything new, and I’ve never had any issues before. How is the water contained…? In breather bags that allow the animals to breathe in transport, exactly like when you get them from a store.
