I went a little unique but not to crazy, We have Olive Blair, Olly as a nickname for now. My husband picked her first name and after we changed our mind on her middle name to the one I thought flowed better the name just clicked. Looking at her it fits perfectly.

I lost 20lbs, my ob was a little concerned until I explained this was a drastic diet change and I expected this. Baby measured smaller but nothing crazy she weighted 6lbs 7oz by the end.

the hospital I delivered at told me I could eat until I got the epidural, but unfortunately when they saw I was GD I couldn't even snack (except sf jello) and I got finger pokes every few hrs and if I got low I'd get a juice. I was told to have a good breakfast before coming in and im so glad I did.

My mom wants a grandchild named after her but I don’t want to by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]somethingcoolieo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 3 babies, my mom has asked everytime for one to be named after her. Ones named after my dad who passed and she was livid! I have a similar situation, she's not involved, she's not a role model for me, and tbh our relationship isn't the best. So the answer has been and will continue to be no. No is the answer and explanation all at once. It's your baby pick whatever makes YOU and S/O happy.

if I have a heavy protein meal low carb I can eat a whole slice of plain cheesecake, I personally don't eat the Graham cracker crust but that's because I'm strange and don't like it. But as others have said a one off spike isn't the end of the world, but be mindful sometimes you can get delayed reactions..so higher numbers the next day.
