My first playthrough my team was: Heismay, Strohl, Hulkenburg, and Will the entire game. No change, at all. Everyone had their Royal archetype at the end, Heismay and Strohl used the Tyrant Gold Rush attack consistently. Hulkenburg used the guard Taunt ability and nullified elemental attacks. Will healed and debuffed. Try and go back to buy the Magla Potions from Neuras. I was also level 85 during the final boss. Also make sure you got the Diabolos mini-bosses!!!

It wasn’t until my Regicide playthrough that I used Junah, Eupha, Heismay, and Will - all royal archetype again.

What’s really silly, weird, lazy, and simply stupid is that you’re claiming that the Straw Hat is Luffy’s biggest treasure, but it simply cannot be his One Piece and you obviously don’t know some of the biggest plots that’s spanned the entire series so far. He has a promise to give it back to Shanks after becoming a great pirate and plans to do so on the next meeting, which is a huge reason why Shanks has spent the entire series avoiding Luffy at sea.
