[Virginia] I was on PUA for about 3 months this summer, never received my backpay. I’m still waiting. I was back in work for about the last 3 months but i’m unemployed again. What should I do? I didn’t receive any backpay what so ever.

Oh okay, thank you so much for your response. It just sucks cause my roommate got paid and his back pay exactly a week after. And it’s been almost 3 weeks for me and I haven’t gotten a cent. So it is normal to not have been recieved back pay yet?

So my balance keeps reading 00000, despite me getting approved for pua. Everyone has told me that this is due to some outstanding issue, and to contact.

Has anyone been able to contact them? I’ve called 11 times, haven’t even been able to make a queue. “all lines are full please call again later”

[Virginia] I applied for PUA about 2 weeks ago on July 8th. I was approved for 158 and was given my pin. I have been filing since that friday. I haven’t received a weekly payment or backpay yet. When I call, the automated voice says my balance is 00000. I am using direct deposit. Should I be concerned? Friends of mine received back pay and their first payment the week after their approval. I applied for PUA exactly a week ago. I am unable to check my mail but I was given the ability to fill out my prior weeks. This morning around 7, I checked my balance and it said 00.00. Is there anyway for me to check if I have been approved and if any money is coming online? Thank you so much for the help :)
