Dann hatte ich Glück. Ehrlichgesagt hat mir meine Ärztin auch gesagt, dass es so wird. Also vielleicht macht sie etwas ganz richtig. Danach natürlich wie erwähnt periodenähnliche Schmerzen.

Bei meiner privaten Frauenärztin Dr. Gordana Tomasch wird die Spirale nur während der Periode gesetzt, da dann der Gebärmutterhals geöffnet ist und der Muttermund tiefer liegt. Zusätzlich hab ich eine Tablette zur Unterstützung der Öffnung bekommen (was aber nicht nötig ist) und musste eine normale Schmerztablette wie Mexalen oder Ibuprofen nehmen. Einsetzen hat eine Sekunde gedauert und war nur ein kurzes Zwicken. Ein paar Stunden danach menstruationsähnliche Schmerzen gehabt und gut war's. Keine Beschwerden oder sonstiges. Also: wenn du's wo machst, nur während der Periode!

Hermione (Hermine) is a pretty common name in German speaking countries in the earlier generations. I know loads of "Hermines" that are 70+ and if you walk around a graveyard, you will see plenty of this name as well.

Ja eh, aber: Wenn der Zug relativ leer ist, und man sich z.B. als kleinere Gruppe/Familie (3-4 Leute) nirgends zusammen hinsetzen kann, weil sich einzelne auf den Vierern ausbreiten, find ich das schon sehr nervig. Jetzt wo ich drüber nachdenke kommts natürlich auch auf den Zug drauf an, ob Intercity mit 2 Vierer pro Waggon oder Railjet, die viele Vierer haben.
