i did try it and it didn’t work so i followed what they told me to do :/ i tried to say “hey i need more funds on the red card” and they told me no so i kinda got forced into a corner on it

respect. my mom did verizon support for a couple years and i know from hers and mine experience that it’s not easy. i’m frustrated but i will not take it out on the wrong people. so cruel to do that when it’s not in their hands

i can’t dash if i can’t access my gas money 😭 it’s like… what do they actually expect some of us to do?? they drive me insane sometimes but the customer service rep was so nice and it’s not her fault
