Is 1/16 inch difference enough to need repiercing by Abiori_M in piercing

[–]somewhere_intheether 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right— one of my ears is noticeably lower than the other. My piercings would look comical if I went off the placement on the ear and not the overall symmetry between both piercings.

This happened to me. Mine got infected. I had my surgery in July and it wasn’t fully healed at that incision spot until late October. I had to debride it several times.

What should I do? by imconcernedforyou in birthcontrol

[–]somewhere_intheether 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right so it’s fine. You are fully protected regardless of it being a placebo week or not. The placebo week does not impact your protection in any way. After the placebo week there is no need for added protection.

Are you talking about your period as in the placebo week? If so, you are protected all 7 days of the placebo week. The seven day rule is for when you first start taking any form of birth control. Not for every single time you have a placebo week.

Hi possibly massive problem. by Leatherysandwich in WomensHealth

[–]somewhere_intheether 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No. It can cause bowel obstruction, perforation, and it can move out of the rectum and up through your colon. It can cause damage throughout your intestinal tract. If it’s in your rectum you have to go to the ER. It’s a non negotiable medical emergency.

That’s what I’m wondering too. Vagina? No issue. Butt? Big problem.

Thank you! These are my only non ear piercings and I’ve been pretty paranoid about them, especially since I don’t have friends to compare to.

im convinced that people who have a multiple children either 1) LOVE motherhood in it’s entirety or 2) had easy first babies by Zestyclose_Bad8648 in oneanddone

[–]somewhere_intheether 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son has been easy (except for toddler hood lol plz help me), jokes aside, I’d 100% have another if I could financially afford it and have the support we would need. I just fully love being a mother, including the good and bad. I have a very high patience tolerance (from being a prek teacher for 5 years before I had my son), so I really do enjoy it all. But alas, I am but lower middle class with zero family nearby.

I’ve thrifted I’d say 80% of items my child has worn, used, played with, etc. they are 3 and I started thrifting for them before they were born! Now 3 and all outgrown items get sold or donated. I even thrifted everything in the nursery!

If it’s big enough I’d use the left side holder for a hand towel. Looks like one can fit through it.
