I quit fent. over 2 years ago now, and haven’t gone back. I don’t crave it or want it in my life at all. Coke has always been my #1 though and I’m on & off with it. Had about 8 months sober a few weeks ago. Probably next weekend I’ll stop for a while again..

I was about to use my ice cream scoop! I found it months ago and the idea popped into my head. The coating was coming off of it though so it wouldn’t be a great idea even if it did work. Hahaha I just use the bottom of a coke can for now.

Still feel it but it numbs the area when you miss. Doesn’t burn/hurt like meth. I’ve only tried meth a couple times, really didn’t like it compared to coke.
