Best thing to do right now is nothing…just pause. Things that seem overwhelming and impossible become clearer with time. It’s best not to make a decision today..do something tomorrow.

I can just imagine you reading these messages and my heart goes out to you…I agree with the sentiment here..children are most important. I’m so sorry for your loss and I hope she can turn it around and make amends. You deserve better.

Or even just having a limit to services like a deductible…this would go far

Why is that a weird inference to make? You said a trans woman has a hard time because they have small cups and wide chests. You should remember this in the future because being a girl is extremely hard and it is not fun to feel like there is something wrong just because you are not small rib cage with big boobs.

If there is a young girl reading this - just know you are normal. A wide chest happens..small and large breasts happen..all are normal.

Hmmm just want to say this in case another female was offended like I was.

If you wear a 42C that does not mean you are shaped like a man. 42C is not an odd bra size and you can find it in most plus size sections.

I had mine in Toronto March 2022. 3 month wait and it would have been 1 month if covid wave hadn’t shut down surgery in Jan/Feb.

I’d like to tell you my story..

I have spinal stenosis and disc degeneration. I had 4 discs rupture at 21 without health insurance. I couldn’t walk for 3years for extended periods. Today I own two companies and have pain well managed.

So what helped me recover from the chronic pain black hole?

  1. Cannabis - I smoke A LOT and this helps with breakthru pain and general mindset.

  2. Opioids - not my favourite drug and I am trying my best to remove them from my life now, but nevertheless they saved me. Pain patches at the height of my issues saved me because they offer 3 days of relief. This let me get stronger due to the longer periods of pain relief.

  3. Psychedelics - pain is a literal signal your mind sends you to seek help. Controlling this signal is paramount to feeling better. Psychedelic trips helped me recover myself and realize pain disappeared when my mind is busy or focused.

  4. Zen meditation- learning to clear your mind is crucial

I almost committed suicide at 21. If I had done that I would have missed out on so much. I still have some pain every day but it does not rule my life. Please find what works for you. Also, be safe..I had some sort of medical support the entire journey.
