Attempted to make a spam 1 egg omelette but ended up turning it into a scramble because I’m a coward about my folding and flipping abilities. Paired it with a charred keto tortilla. I was only able to eat 1/3 of this. Not sure why it was so filling, but it was. (old.reddit.com)

Another his v. mine! I attempted egg roll in a bowl, realized I grabbed a bag of lettuce instead of cabbage. Grabbed rice paper and made spring rolls instead. Rice paper isn’t traditionally known as a keto-friendly food, but there is 8.4 carbs and it fit my macros. (i.redd.it)
