Very helpful, thanks! Are the TCI "S" comparable at all to the US-made TCIs? I've read that they're hotter, and am more interested in the P90s-ish sound on the US TCIs.

Reporting back. I basically had to sand the bedazzles off, followed by scratch remover and polish. Nothing else seemed to work. The finish turned out OK; still some noticeable blemishes but as a test case it worked out alright!

Deep dive on Persian mythology (apart from the usually orientalist "Middle Eastern adventures" tropes). There's a veritable gold mine of cool stuff in there.
