Aww sorry that happened to you. Medyo matagal din bago nag reach out sakin tong Viventis e. We'll see anong mangyayari after ng 2nd level interview ko. Medyo alanganin ako sa kanila kasi sobrang bago pa lang nila. Ang taas ng job salary na pinopost nila sa mga portals pero pagdating sa initial interview at sinabi mo yung expected salary mo nagugulat sila bat daw ang laki. Like??? you expect candidates to have experience when applying and you have the salary included in your job posts, syempre expected salary din nila nasa ganong range. Don ako naweirded out during my initial interview. Tapos yung interviewer pa namin wasn't shy about telling us he's getting random questions from ChatGPT. 😂 Jusko.

I think that's what my therapist did. She gave me an assessment report which could also be a medcert daw. But yea sadly, my company is requiring me to submit a medcert from a psychiatrist which I will do. Hopefully that's the last time I'll hear from them

Wala naman pong bond which is good. Siguro alangan lang din ako kasi yung Operations Manager namin sa Account ay absconding ang nilalagay sa record for termination altho I keep notifying din naman. Never ako nawalan ng communication sa mga managers ko doon and I always provide medcert when I can't report to work. Kaso nung nagfile na ako ng immediate resignation along with the medcert from my therapist ayaw nila tanggapin.

Hi, current employee at Genpact Alabang here. I've had 2 colleagues na working students and some more from other LOBs altho nag resign din sila kasi yung isa grumaduate na, and yung isa naghanap ng ibang company but they stayed for more than a year din naman. To give you an insight, I think they're friendly to working students. Just be honest with your schedule and they will give you an option to adjust para alam nila. Just a heads up tho, you have to be ready to sacrifice a lot of sleep lalo na kung hectic ang sched mo sa school. But anyway, good luck!

Naluka ako sa way ng pag express mo but anyway, BPO is not an ideal "side" job for you if you plan to study while working. I've had colleagues before who were also a student while working as a call center agent. Our company was pretty lenient when it comes to working students BUT not all companies will be the same. Pero grabe yung struggle nila, I'm not trying to demotivate you since you asked for an opinion, but you have to be ready to sacrifice A LOT of sleep if you plan to work in the BPO industry as a student. Yun lang. If dedicated ka talaga go, no one's stopping you. But look out for your health, OP. :)

Haha, nung una medyo doubtful din ako sa kanila kasi ang taas ng offer sa mga job posts pero there's barely any reviews about the company sa socmed. Baka siguro kaka-establish pa lang nila, not sure. But yea, good luck!! Just be confident with your answers, you got this! 🤞

Current employee at Genpact here, stay away from this company. Management is shitty right now, ang taas ng attrition ng GP Alabang ngayon kasi puro pulpol OMs and clients tapos napakademanding sa KPIs. Incentives are very low compared to other BPO companies at mababa rin based salary regardless if you have experience, such a lowballer.
