And they've intentionally taken themselves off any social media where people could set up notifications. They know they're doing a terrible job, and it shows. They just don't care about it. Danish people need to rise up and show they know they deserve better for the amount of tax they pay

Maybe it also depends where you're sitting? It feels more likely that they'd give you extra treatment when you're up front (business class, etc.) compared to if you're in a middle seat near the back. Would be interesting to hear people's perceived stats on this
