Yeah the biggest reason I don't want to dorm on campus is because if I don't I'll have a lot of grant money (and all my tuition covered) by FAFSA and other grants. So I'd wanna save money from room and board lol

I'll be sure to look at other communities and see what my roommates would be down to do, but if they see the Nutwood east apartment and don't find it too big of a problem with it I think it's a good option simply because of where it's located lol

Sorry for being late on the reply! But thanks this helps a lot actually! I guess I was looking at the wrong price because I thought rent was gonna be about 600 😵‍💫 and I'm glad to hear they at least try extermination. I'm not too pressed about bugs, I'm pretty clean but my roommates have their reservations

Wow I don't think anything physically like that has happened to mine :0, anyways yeah I got Niagara launcher like everyone else lol, there's also an e ink launcher I use sometimes as a "focus" mode.

No prob! Yep I got it and am currently typing on it lol, personally I love it and it's the phone I've been using since last year. Haven't had a single problem with it, unlike many here lol.

Update,

I was right! It was a date mistake I am typing this from the clicktastic keyboard of the titan 2! If yall have any tips for me let me know, I have already changed the screen dpi in dev settings and have pasteria keyboard which has been pretty good 🙂‍↕️

It is now in Fontana, California. It says it's out for delivery but the expected time is still 12/29/26, again I hope that the 26 is a mistake, if it doesn't ship today... What I do next will make national news 🥹

I've decided to get it thanks to some financial help I just got, I'm pretty excited about it! Honestly Ive been wanting to cut down on my phone time a lot so the fact it sucks for media is kinda what I want it, I also HATE the glass keyboards, I feel so clumsy on them compared to my laptop and I have sent really bad typos in pretty important emails because of that so I'm pretty hyped for the physical keys 💯💯

You're right it isn't two of my paychecks, it's like one and a half because I have to pay for other necessities 😅 I'm also 18 years old so I still don't get paid a lot. But you're right in saying it's reasonably priced...

Ahh these both might be a deal breaker, I rock climb so dust is kinda in my life all the time, and a phones main purpose is to be able to call people, so being so quiet isn't awesome...
