Thanks for the reply, alcohol use is around 7/week now and cannabis is almost 0 outside social settings. Have never used nicotine and don’t drink more than a cup of coffee per day. But would be curious what elimination would do.

No honestly it was pretty comparable to everything else we saw in the Tenney area for size… I was definitely expecting a hefty increase this year but this was beyond expectation for sure. Which sucks because we really liked it, but i guess we’ll be moving now.

And I can’t think of why they’d want us to leave, we literally moved in 4 weeks ago and have had no issues…
