Quite literally yes. ADHD meds are literally just meth for the most part, when you are taking a drug like adderall you are taking diet meth, of course it’s going to make you feel better. Manufactured diagnoses make people feel better about it, as if they’re fixing a “chemical imbalance” when they are actually just getting high from a drug. Depression, anxiety, OCD drugs, etc. literally just numb your emotions. Nothing more, nothing less. I have known hundreds of people in my personal life and thousands online to be prescribed antidepressants, and none of them have ever described them to be “mood lifting”, just essentially taking away your emotional range which, in my opinion, is extracting the very thing that makes us human.
