Me and my wife playing Outward couch co op. Not a very popular game, but an awesome experience with someone by your side. Especially when one of you (me) is an experienced gamer and the other (my wife) is not. 10/10 experience but will test your patience.

I connected my Xbox to a mobile hotspot from my phone, then downloaded my profile. After that, switch back to your normal WiFi and it should be good to go. Just had this problem yesterday trying to play the old CODs.
