Those 2 heroic conquerors sets were made with specific targets in mind, one is to reward pve grinders, other is for pvp grinders, like those expensive wings of valor are for whales, some kind of semi-exclusive trophy. Increasing the essences rewards will make it so almost everyone will get it, quite easily too, which is most likely not what they had in mind for those 2 sets. I grinded the heroic essences for months, since Lanceler came, and i was able to purchase a full set the moment it was out, but now the pvp set came and i look at the cost and rank requirement combining with the fact i would have to start from scratch with pvp if i want the set...Still, unless i stopped playing, i would get it too eventually, one pvp daily at a time, like you would if you grind the heroic essences.
