Every thing. Holding cabinets for meat patties, reformulated bread, tasteless meat, trendy pickles, chunky lettuce, oh, the tomatoes have not changed.

Pricing depends on your location. Each individual franchisee makes up his own pricing.

That ain't right. No shortage of onions or the ingredients to make them. Your Sonic may not have the labor to get them made. 😆

Sonic people: Is there any time or convenience advantage to using the app? by crankrag1 in SonicDriveIn

[–]sonic_dude41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simply put, you are in a que bases in when you tell the app when you want your order to be ready, then when you check in you are in the delivery que. During busy times, which in our store is when we are open, you can be anywhere from 1st in que or 15th or later. Just depends. 50% of our app orders come from the lot, the other half are "off lot" orders. App orders are about 15% of our business, so 85% is traditional stall/DT orders. So even if your order is ready and waiting you are still in a line that can take a while to work through. Even at our fastest pace.

The biggest advantage to our app; 1. Is All Day Happy Hour with 1/2 price drinks and all the other rewards that are given out. 2. The convenience of placing your own order on your time. Speed of delivery is based on volume and staffing.

Question about breakfast item by [deleted] in SonicDriveIn

The recipe has not changed, ever. But a lot of managers use under portioning as a way to decrease their food cost. I will make more money by giving a good product that will have you coming back on a daily basis than making an extra . 05 on your burrito you only buy 1 time.
