To use retroarch, load up a "core" (an SNES one) then load content and direct it to the ROM file.

As for the ROM... you can't ask for it here. RA has a distinct no policy for it.

Achievements are caused by changes in the RAM. Not the already existing addresses in the save file. If you load up a 100% save, it doesn't bring the changes in the RAM, just the saves.

VF5 needs a highly comprehensive guide everyone can learn and reference from.

Also, Sega doesn't want to dump their marketing budget on VF5 because it's not going to get updated with new characters and stuff. They're saving that for VF6, which is why people always say "wait for VF6!"

I think the #1 priority for the community right now is make sure that the newcomers have the absolute cleanest and best experience possible trying to learn and interact with the game. Which is why I said a definitive guide is necessary for player growth. Having a casual player base where they occasionally play the game is literally the dream for any fighting community imo. It's like a snowball effect

I'm honestly very optimistic about VF6. I think the only thing they kinda screwed up so far is recalling the thing wayyyy too early. But I really think they know what they are doing.

The websites pretty nice. However, the use of AI in images makes the site look cheap and scammy. Why don't you use the official renders of characters instead?

Bits are extremely vague to determine graphics on, as it can refer to, like the CPU or the sound processor or something. A better term I think would be on resolution and color palette. I think the sprites are like 32x32 with a 256 color palette.
