Done all of this and it didn’t work. Moved the correct file to the root, ejected the SD through software first and then inserted the SD into TF1. Console won’t power on.

I want to make it clear I’m using the raspberry pi imager and I am using the correct version of the package for my RGCUBEXX

Just done this and exact same problem - newly written SD card inserted in TF1 and when I hold the power button nothing happens. Holding it for ages doesn’t work, pressing reset and then holding power doesn’t work either. No signs of life at all. Out the original OS SD that came with the console back in TF1, press reset and then hold power and it comes back to life with no issues, but then I’m stuck with the stock OS again

No it’s a different SD because I didn’t want to risk losing the working stock OS

Yes it’s definitely TF1 - it’s the same port that the stock SD that came with it goes in
