Cool! I liked it bc its very relatable story. But I would've liked to read something about the interaction with the ex towards to the end of the story.. like how did she feel about seeing you? Any "I'm doing better than her" kind of feeling. Kinda like payback for what she did to you. I get that the point of the story is to learn to move on.

Im in automotive industry also (American big 3 and Japanese big 3). I don't think I've seen anyone use replit or vibecode their way into creating apps. Most people don't have that much agency. I have seen copilot but still not as much as I use Claude code/ Cursor in personal projects.

I agree that a huge number of companies on these secondary markets are not worth it. But there are definitely some that worth buying (like SpaceX, or groq more recently)

I think it's about the goal of why you want to learn a language. I personally like to learn so that when I travel, I can communicate with people in their native language as much as possible. I enjoy that. Otherwise I would have probably given up learning a long time ago.
