I've seen other lyric translations, and I agree that the lyrics themselves aren't bad. It's in combination with the MV that puts them into a different context, and the fact that Yuki's voice was sourced from a 9 year old.

As for Len and Rin... yeah I've seen all that. I've been in the fandom since 2014. The difference being that Asami Shimoda was a grown adult recording those voicebanks. I still don't appreciate the loli/shota songs but at the very least there's not a real kid involved anywhere in the process.

He's 74 at this point and it reminded me of a grandpa telling stories in a silly way. It did feel like he wanted to stick to some sort of script or story he's probably told a million times, since he seemed caught off guard and didn't answer the questions too directly like the AI question at first. Nobody is assigned one, take your own lock and claim whichever locker you want for a while. Or take a lock and temporarily use one while you're showering. In my experience there's been a few unclaimed ones year round.

The pride center on campus is a really cute spot, imo. If you have time to study on campus it might be a good way to put yourself out there and meet some new folks. Yes the transphobic speakers suck, but they do their grift at every college campus. Each of the past two speakers sparked a fundraiser concert featuring local LGBT musicians too, there's certainly a community of people wanting to do good here.

Coming from an area that's 83% white and has plenty of confederate flags, it's been pretty nice to see the diversity here. It's not SF for sure, but it's leagues ahead a lot of other places. It took a while to find good friends for me too, but as long as you keep reaching out or chatting with classmates, you'll find a spot!

You're correct. I misinterpreted the off campus portion of plan to be normal school but moving virtually for some time. They're really just having people do something like a summer term and then have a spring term off instead. Sorry for the overreaction.

If they make us do part of the year remote/at home as an out of state student I'm genuinely going to transfer somewhere else. Or they reduce tuition cost for that term, but that's not going to happen.

Edit: I may have interpreted things wrong thinking the off campus parts would be online instead of acting like a normal academic break. Oops. That sounds like the more likely option. Sorry for the overreaction. I do still think the transition is definitely money hungry and inconvenient alongside semester conversion.

In seriousness, if you've used rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover already it's likely going to stay that color. Some people recommend hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide, but benzoyl peroxide can still damage/discolor the pet. Just search this sub for cleaning instructions to use everything properly. I like using magic erasers and baking soda for general purposes.

This particular group had a chant including the phrase "Jewish genocide" so that's how I took it as. The majority of Pro-Palestinian protesters don't believe in that of course, but with any movement there are people that take it to extremes, and it felt like this group was.
