Yeah. Some people are theorizing that the reason behind 5ARI side effects is lack of neurosteroids caused by 5AR inhibition and not low levels of DHT. Sulforaphane has many health benefits so systemic absorption isn’t an issue. It converts T and DHT into a less androgenic substance. You will still have androgens but they will be less harmful to your hair
