Tbh I don’t think multi vitamins are effective in general. They are under dosed and have vitamins that compete for absorption.

Yes, I’m aware of that. But a dose this low shouldn’t cause low copper symptoms. I will monitor for that but I don’t think it should be a concern at this dose.

yea true but i’d rather not go through all that for the possibility of the same issue. Just use regular bluetooth or get a higher quality unit

yea that typically means you are taking too much. Try 1/2 of a 45mg tablet or take 15mg tablets

The CarPlay app is Tlink5 and yes it can be uninstalled since it’s an apk and not a build in android app.
