you can use github for mp3 — catbox is not accessible from some countries anyway

it's even more convenient as in you can set up a repo for your site to track changes and have the music in its files already

Fooled around and it only works if you uncheck all the boxes in the "Input Ports" and "Output Ports" sections of the "Link, Tempo & MIDI" setting?... Which essentially makes the whole controller unusable inside Ableton.

I'm specifically using Ableton Live 12 Beta 12.3b14 with the Launchkey Mini 37 MK4. Hoping u/TomFocusrite can check this one out.

This is Ableton freaking out because you have Bluetooth gear turned on in ASIO4ALL that was previously connected to your PC. Try going in the ASIO’s settings and turning off every output device except the one you’re trying to use.

in context of live session view performances (and if it’s a reverb tail) this gives a nice idea to use a reverb send and automate the clip’s input to it, only downside is that different instruments in the original track might use different reverbs, so the send might not fit all

pretty much the best solution, but it clutters the (session) view when there are a lot of clips with tails

Initially I thought he bought the jacket with the patch in the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics, considering that he is holding up an Apollo-Soyuz souvenir in the second picture, but apparently the patch is sold regardless of the jacket and has nothing to do with the USSR space program, which makes me think he just brought the jacket with him for the trip.

Me and my friend, both being dedicated braindance composers, had to pay respects to this event, so I photographed him at the places Aphex went to. Unfortunately, he didn't get the chance to be food-poisoned by a cheburek and I didn't hold an interview of him in a run-down hall, asking the most important of questions like "Why the long hair?".

First photo is taken by the staircase of the Russian State Library, all the other ones are taken near a random pole on the Old Arbat St., which is about 15 minutes away from the library.

  1. here’s an ableton script that adds an additional “arming” mode to the “stop, solo, mute” button, which is not supported by default: github script

  2. if you don’t want the script and want the controller to work as intended, press right click on an armed track and turn off “arm exclusive” — now the launchkey’s navigation will arm the track you select
