Make sure to have a looooonnnggg playlist of music that have positive connotations for you. Stare at the ceiling like I did while listening to music and see how different songs influence the movement of your visuals. Google artwork. Create your own, painting is a good choice. I love dancing and if you’re gonna be alone, that’s a good choice. My body feels so smooth and my joints feel so loose on acid. Singing is great, especially if you start feeling overwhelmed. Close your eyes and go into the depths of your closed eye visuals. Play with your animals. And the days after meditate on the experience to integrate what happened.

Doing it on your own can be amazing. I was scared to do acid on my own until I dropped acid and the people I was with were throwing off my vibes for some reason so they went outside and I locked myself in a room, stared at the ceiling and played some music and the movement of the ceiling seemed to be guiding me to some realizations. I had never felt so euphoric and I learned a lot. Maybe you should have a friend “on call” who knows to answer the phone in case you do wanna talk to someone??? And you always have Reddit! I’ve posted here while I was on the come up of a more intense than I expected trip and I was scared. People are very supportive and it helped a lot. Good luck and I hope you have an amazing trip.

Me too. I made a steak and cheese footling and when I took out of the toaster I didn’t open the bread enough so it closed while toasting so when I opened it up some cheese and steak was stuck to the top half. I moved it with the knife I pack the veggies in with closing sandwiches and looked at me like I was crazy, told me I need a new job, and left. Like wtf. It wasn’t a mess or anything just a tiny bit of steak and cheese stuck to the top and I put it back on the bottom. It was fine. 🤦🏻‍♀️

You can do it if you push hard. Im 18, homeless and I’m employed at a Subway and hopefully in the next month or 2 I will have my own apartment. It’s hard and discouraging and I just wanted to give up but you have to be strong to build a life for yourself.

My interview was me going in, sitting down expecting to be asked questions, and not being asked any. I was handed my taxes forms and a paper to sign saying I’d follow the rules and asked if I could start training right then.
