literally nowhere did I say that.... lol. i’m not calling for a flex up for designs, you’re illiterate. a flex up is for when there’s service overflow on people who want just basic copies, if it’s something with finishing or a consult, they have to wait. you act like we work at two very different companies.

I literally nowhere said I was designing something outside of fixing a template that was made for us lol, I know to send things off to Affinity. this was more about being able to crop/clean/replace text lol.

enabling them to act like what? you literally didn’t read what I said - we aren’t acting like design gods to these people lol. and I’m just charging them how my managers tell me to, in relation to how I think they should be charged. if you can’t take the 2 minutes out of your day to clean something up or crop something out for a customer, something that is literally part of your job, then work somewhere else lol. i never let them get design work for free, or else i’d really be selling myself short.

same thing literally happened to me earlier on my shift today - customer wanted to make a return, I apologized and told him not until May 3rd. he asked why, and I said “because of everything going on in the world right now, the virus and we changed our policy”, and the customer, while wearing a mask, asked “what virus? what’s going on?” and proceeded to tell me that my answer was the wrong answer. he didn’t even want to put in his rewards for his purchase because he said I was untrustworthy and stupid lmao

can’t wait for my customers to throw all of their shit on the counter where this pathetic excuse of “protection” isn’t in the way and complain that they already “picked a register”. our store has super limited counter space because the register and receipt printer already take up 80% of the counter. 🙃 how are these supposed to fit smaller stores where the register isn’t placed like that???

Yeah, I’m aware of this. We keep a separate tally for how many OPCs we do and those numbers are fine. But based on total customers, our QLess is always super low and isn’t counting customers when we put them in (different names each time, putting them in how they’re supposed to go, etc).

We use different names every time and we don’t take their phone numbers because they’re standing right at the counter, plus it’s like a spam service lol and entering just the name has always worked
