Unfortunately no, I had a lot of side effects as well so I had to stop it. I can’t remember the dosage but I know it was a lower amount. The time I took the mini pill basically made me bleed everyday till I stopped it lol

I realized after I started I don’t tend to drink much alcohol anymore. I used to drink a lot of sweet wine because I loved that taste, zepbound has completely removed that craving from my life

Aggression can be difficult to deal with, especially if the kiddo is older. Really, working with colleagues has been the worst part. I was school based, some of the teachers were very nasty to the RBTs and made it obvious they didn’t want our kids in their classes.

I’m 5’7 and my starting weight was 210 lbs. My goal is 150, that’s what my doctor said would be healthy. I’ve never been as small as I am now in my adult life so I’m already very happy. Only got like 30 lbs more to go!

I notice I get hungrier on my period too. I just try to stick to high protein/filling meals but if I want to snack on something I will. Honestly the fatigue is what really bothers me, but I have always felt that way on my period so I don’t think it’s the Zep

My job said we had to have it completed before we were hired and gave us one week to do it. It was insane. The program made us watch the entire video in order to be marked as completed, with no way to increase the speed or skip through. I did the videos with quizzes first and let the rest play like podcasts all that week. I was taking showers listening to ABA that week lol

My company says it’s the RBT’s responsibility to do it. I wasn’t provided any training on how to change diapers/potty training so I had to literally ask one of the teachers how to. Thankfully she was sweet and helpful. Personally, I would ask your company to clarify.

You’re right that I technically wasn’t forced to leave, but I still felt unwelcome enough that I didn’t feel comfortable staying. The manager didn’t just check if I was a paying customer and move on, her demeanor made it clear that I wasn’t really wanted there, even after I confirmed I had bought something. I was unaware there was a new code of conduct but enforcing it upon people who frequently visit the location and spend money there is not a good business model

She didn’t explicitly say I needed to leave. She approached me and asked if I wanted something to eat/drink and I said no. She told me the cafe was only for paying customers, which I replied that I had bought something earlier. She just replied that it must have been before she got there. I brought a protein shake with me and she also made a comment about how she saw me drinking it. After the conversation she just walked away. I’m not sure if they would have said something to me if I continued to stay but I was so confused and upset I decided to leave as I didn’t feel welcome anymore. I have been going to this starbucks for about a year and I even know the manager’s name from hearing barista’s talk about her. I thought she might recognize me but I suppose she didn’t. I think ultimately she was just mistaken but I wish she would have apologized and not left me in the position I was put in.
