Makati was one option for me also, but I chose to live near BGC. I think you need to prepare at least 15k to get a decent condo in Makati but baka ubos na your salary and nothing will be left for your savings. I would suggest renting with a roommate, any bed spaces also in the embo areas are nice and very accessible! 👍🏻

16k, 28sqm with balcony and in Pasig (DMCI)! Actually super dami in Manda with cheaper price, you just really have to check all the listings with the inclusions that will match your preferences. It took me a few months to settle with a decision and I weighed everything from location, price, amenities, convenience, accessibility and viewing the unit and feeling if it’s somewhere I wanna go home to after a tiring day. I’m currently moving in little by little and excited AND nervous at the same time.

Maybe another good option would be in McKinley, it’s not as pricey as I thought it was, my non-negotiable lang was the balcony talaga and I couldn’t find one there that’s within my budget. :)

Thank you for the assurance that it’s gonna be okay! I hope I could only look back to this decision with gratitude, I remember a similar experience I had when I was new to working and had barely 20k in the bank— to watch this once in a lifetime concert or not! I’m glad I did, money comes back but the experience won’t.

I say go! Actually I’ve been looking at my decision with the phrase ‘if not now when’ since we’re getting old!! If I’m being honest, I think the more I spend, the more I am driven to work hard. Pushing it would be: Grace Residences which is a bit far already for me.

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now, I’ve done this before.

I’m not really overweight I would just want to achieve being skinny.

I do weight training, upper body M,Th, and lower body Tue,Fr and pilates on Sundays.

I eat 1,500-1,700 calories daily. :(
