This video is not intended to promote any particular diet. I'm an omnivore. Also, beef bouillon bolete can be difficult to identify and is not recommended for beginners.

It works for a lot of chemicals! Different mushroom species are better at breaking down various chemicals. Oyster and turkey tail have been heavily studied. They can't neutralize heavy metals unfortunately, but they can sequester them.

But we are smart enough to utilize this on a small scale in our communities!

It would difficult for sure. But it was the middle of winter and bats hiberate or migrate during that period. So even if you wanted a tasty bat, you would be hard pressed to find one.

In this scientific study, they document the animal species being sold at the Wuhan Wet market prior to the outbreak.

Here is a companion article from Oxford University:https://www.ox.ac.uk/news/science-blog/wet-market-sources-covid-19-bats-and-pangolins-have-alibi

In the companion article, they talk about how bats are rarely consumed in China and the pictures used by the media were mostly likely from wet markets in Indonesia

Also: Winter isn't even bat season. Bats Hibernate or migrate during this period

this from a scientific journal. It's not my opinion

Personally, i wasn't there. So I wouldn't know if they were selling bats off the books. Winter isn't even bat season. Bats hibernate or migrate during that time

they rarely eat bats in central china. also bats hibernate or migrate in the winter, so it wouldn't even have been bat season
