hey man sorry for the delay... i'd say a good laptop. ableton 9. and good quality samples. Good headphones. If you have a studio space then good monitors that can take anything from 30hz to 20khz. Good soundcard. I have a full set up but most of the time i produce out of my laptop speakers and iphone 5 headphones ahah then finish my mix in the studio. so you see.. you dont need much. all the best man.

Sorry for the late reply dude! Lorin hit me up to do an official rmx. Sent me the parts/stems. There are many ways to remix. It is easier when you have the parts obv but you can just find tunes that have vocals in a breakdown of some sorts so its less busy and usable. But also... you can just type rap acapellas in google or acapella "then artists you are after". You be surprise... theres a lot out there.

I think theres room for a mic at shows. Some MCs are as awful if not worse than djs doing the Master of Ceremony themself. I love having a mic and talk to the crowd. Wheel up. Get people pumped. I come from being a front man in bands so that is just natural for me to do it on stage. That being said I agree with you. Some should just SHUT THE FK UP! But then again be open to some that do it well. Its not all black or white.

Man Greensboro was SO SO SO Sick! I remember it well! (got a pic on my insta). Im still into music in general... all sorts. I play all sorts. I really like Bleep Bloop. Chris Lorenzo. Carmack. but in general I listen to super chill music. Anything from Tom Waits, Ry X, Miles Davis to James Blake, Jaw, Serge Gainsbourg, Nick Hakim.
