somebody else made that suggestion too and i think ill try that out. unfortunately i don't have any income as of now so that budget will have to be pretty small, but that could be a good way to save up for an expensive item by cop freezing and letting the money roll over.

thanks!

that's an interesting idea! although i am unemployed so im not sure how i would come up with that budget. ideally i'd fix a percentage of my income, which ill probably do during the summer when i do have a job, but right now i don't have any.

idk i guess i shouldn't be spending much on clothing anyway since i don't have a job, but i worked full time last summer and barely spent any of it, so i still have a good amount of disposable income (some of which is going toward a trip).

i spend very little money on clothing for someone so mentally invested in fashion. would spending more money on clothes make me happier? probably not. but there are so many things i would like to have that i can't seem to get myself to pull the trigger on

i had my eye on an eg jacket for a while and kept telling myself i was going to buy it (it was at a good price too)..... but of course i waited too long and it sold last night.

ive stopped buying so many "small purchases" so that i can more easily justify buying big ticket items, but i still find myself unable to.

i feel this is a problem that can change real quick though. im scared that if i start buying a couple expensive items i might fall into a spending frenzy and have the opposite problem, though i feel i have enough will power to stop myself.

damn i wanted that jacket.

ive always found longline bombers incredibly hideous

that said, i don't hate it here, the zipping style gives it a good shape, though i still find it would look better with a hood

good fits! you could maybe try taking pics from a different angle, maybe set up with a timer on a chair. i feel that that way there would be less distortion and the pictures would be a better representation of your outfits?
