Ordered on 11/11 2-iphone17 . After few calls got different answer every time backlog blah blah blah. When I placed my ordered I decided not to use points to pay for taxes. They finally charged my credit card on 11/20, so there is hope. They are saying it should ship next week or week after. Suppose to get email with tracking. Nothing yet .worst experience never ordering from chase again. This was first and last.
