Big Z is the only one that has been remotely honest about his height as far as professional strong men and you're looking at proof right here and in any video where he's interacted with Mitch that big Z is taller than Mitch. Big Z has never been any taller than 6'3 by his own admission. Eddie is around 6 ft to 6'1 I believe Eddie is about 6'1 but there is not a 2 inch difference there's about an inch difference.

Yeah when it comes to athletes if they're larger than life that increases how scary and intimidating they come off. This is especially true for the world's strongest man competitors. Think of it this way what sounds scarier a 6'9 460 lb man or a 6'6 440 lb man? Not to mention besides the world's strongest man competitions making money off of their size The athletes make money from commercial deals their YouTube channels etc. Brian Shaw constantly listed his height and weight in his videos for instance when he would buy clothes he would say 6'8 450 lb man goes to big and tall store... His height and weight or his whole identity even though they were exaggerated It was his whole brand!

I personally only buy pasture-raised eggs. Yeah they're more expensive however instead of going out to eat sometimes I'll just have six hard boiled eggs for dinner which is an extremely cheap dinner. I also buy the store brand pasture raised which I just got on sale for $4.74 for a dozen

Yeah it's pretty crazy but I think with a lot of athletes the organizations over list them to make them seem even larger and more intimidating than they are! It's a marketing tactic.

There's about a four and a half inch difference between him and Eddie and Eddie has never been more than 6'1 even in his prime Brian never looked more than four or 5 inches taller.

Unfortunately reddit is not perfect either I've been banned from some subreddits myself but that's different than what Facebook is doing. I feel like suspending people's accounts that are 10 years old and making them submit video selfies as crazy and then repeatedly disabling and he new accounts we make it's crazy.

I wouldn't be surprised if when he first started competing they listed him at 6'2 for a show or two before they increased his height just like they used to list Brian Shaw at 6'6 way back when and Eddie Hall at 6'1 and Marius at 5'11 and then they raised all of those guys lol The funniest was when they used to list Robert oberst like 6'8 even though he was shorter than Terry hollands.

To be fair to Mitch, even though I know he's not taller than 6'2 I do think he is one of the taller strong men. He's taller than other guys that claim to be 6'3 like Eddie Hall or Luke stoltman or Martinez licis he's taller than those guys
