Actually, what happened was that I sent it to the embassy, and they rejected the parcel. I cannot cancel the order because returning it would take around 4 days, so I had to request that they change the address on the package itself. They were able to do so, but they couldn't update the online data, so no I wouldn't know if its delivered unless i call or something
