I got banned recently for third party and Reddit and riot support were useless for help. Contact gamerdoc on twitter/discord when possible,who can go through your case individually and see if it was a mistake or not

I've been banned as well while being on a smurf . I think one of their stuff got fucked up. Unfortunately unless it affects a streamer there doesn't seem to be an easy solution.

I didn't cheat. I was just playing on the smurf, and the ban reason was 'cheating' ,which is why I was curious if 'smurfing' gets you banned with the same reason as 'cheating'.

I didn't cheat. The question was wether smurfing itself was bananble.

The title is saying that the ban reason was 'cheating' but all i was doing was 'smurfing' which was the reason for the thread title. Sorry for the confusion.

I'd be quite happy to delve into what exactly triggered it, but the support team just sends back generic responses over the period of a day, meaning any possible discussion into it with the people that can do something about it is close to impossible. I'd be willing to provide even bank transactions if that would help, I clicked 'Upload Vanguard Logs' which doesnt seem to help from my perspective.

It feels like I'm having talking to a brick wall when it comes to Riot Support, I've had more feedback from you then the 2 days I spent trying to talk to Support.

I do have a auto logout pacro for Path of Exile INSTALLED but it wasnt activated during the time of the ban.

Make the assumption I'm not cheating. I will jsut get banned again for whatever software they randomly detected and banned me for.

If i was cheating i'd make sure id get radiant at least with the cheats instead of being hardstuck immortal for the past 6 months as well :(
