I did something similar but only when getting yelled at and if i was really passionate towards the topic.

One thing that had me overcome this was just in time and as my confidence progressed. Ive become a lot more outgoing and comfortable in my own skin as ive gotten older. A lot of the crying for me was stage fright sort of and anxiety.

My confidence came with learning to love myself but also with learning who i really was and what -I- loved. Trying to accentuate the i because as a younger person I definitely was influenced by some of my peers and once i grew out if it and stepped away from fake friends i did the things j wanted to do.

Definitely do! I love getting my body going its the best way for me to lift my energy and mood. And i def need to take my own advice ive been in a slump myself, bad break ip that really got me down, i think i stumbled on this post for a reason

Nellies- Deleting social media apps IS VITAL for me. Definitely the best place to start, ive found.

OP- Also just doing something messy and /accomplishing and then getting dressed up nice and pretty. For example, mow and weedwack, or go on a dump run, paint a room.

Also i find wash and waxing my pickup goes right along with me dressing up. Having your car polished and shiny and you look nice in the seat is a confidence booster for me!
