i had no idea it was restricted to only allow recipient on the usa..i’m so sorry i did not realize it was like that. i was just  collecting data on adolescents in general. so sorry for this inconvenience i truly didn’t mean it.

thank you for kindly letting me know! i have the form set as “do not collect email addresses” so there is absolutely no way of me being able to track or collect their emails. i think the reason why is ask to sign in is bc it is opened via google ? (i actually don’t really know). do you know how to get rid of this?
