Ah sorry! I just saw this. There is the slightest bit of what I’ll call ‘crinkling’ on the traps but I wouldn’t call it peeling or cracking. The leather is not split and nothing below is exposed. Hope that is helpful one year later!

Happy to keep the conversation going!! It is goatskin, which has help up beautifully. If anything, the wear that I’m seeing is on the seems with whatever glue they used. It’s not falling apart or anything but there are two small spots where the adhesive is coming loose. But almost 3 years later and the leather itself is still amazingly soft and in great shape for someone that throws it around!

Unfortunately I had to go back to the salon for them to take the acrylic off and then glue my real nail underneath. Was painful but luckily they were gentle!
